Storyline

A boy, about the age of ten, wanders around his neighbourhood late at night. He isn't angry, nor sad, but happy and cheerful. As he continues his walk, he ends at a paddock that is only accompanied by a few trees and weeds. He turns around and notices how far he has walked, and could only see a few, small, streetlamps nearby. He looks up at the sky, and it is covered with clouds, and an occasional star. but then, he notices a star unlike the rest. This star was bigger than the others, and instead of staying the size it should be, it kept expanding. Amused, he continues to watch this 'star' expand and notices small rocks falling around him. The rocks get bigger and bigger, and so does the 'star'. It gets so close that it becomes evident that it isn't a star, but a meteor instead. The boy realises that and starts to run. He hides behind a large rock and watches this comet land. The neighbourhood gets brighter and brighter, and then, a huge 'BOOM!' is heard, as well the sound of falling rocks and a sizzling noise from the hot meteor. Curious, the boy walks over to the meteor. It is about two meters in diameter, and another two meters high. A crack begins on the meteor and splits in half. Inside, a small alien appears staring at the boy. It has one eye, and takes the shape of a slug. Scared, the boy runs back to the rock he was hiding behind and takes a peek at the alien. The alien, confused, slithers out of the meteor and waves it's 'tail' at the boy. The boy waves back and slowly approaches the alien assuming it's safe. The alien speaks in its language, but the boy doesn't understand. The alien shakes its head an waves it's 'tail' again and goes back to its meteor. It grabs a toolbox and fixes its meteor, and the boy walks over to watch. But as soon as he gets there, the meteor starts taking off and shoots into space and flies away.
